Once your application is submitted, you can expect to hear back from us within a couple of hours — often even sooner. If you don’t see a response within 24 hours, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there.

As part of our process, we do require a quick video call to complete the application. With the high volume of inquiries we receive, if we aren’t able to connect and schedule a call within 7 days of reaching out, the application will be archived and considered withdrawn so we can continue moving forward with other families.
